About Us
NESST is an innovative start-up whose purpose is to enhance and exploit the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing technology, also known as Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) for the additive manufacturing of finished parts with high performance materials, functional to support and activate Metal Replacement processes in the AEROSPACE & DEFENSE sector, and in addition in the MOBILITY sector in general, OIL & GAS, MEDICAL and ROBOTICS.
NESST uses additive manufacturing technology based on the use of super polymers such as Carbon PEEK, which is a composite material reinforced with carbon fiber, with extraordinary characteristics in terms of mechanical, thermal and chemical resistance, and ULTEM, a material with high thermal resistance, resistance to deformation and high rigidity.
